All ticket sales are final, meaning that once a transaction is completed, there are no options for refunds under normal circumstances.
Refunds are only issued if an event is officially cancelled and no replacement event is scheduled to ensure that customers are not left without an alternative option.
In case of event postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date, allowing attendees to still enjoy the experience at a later time without the need for additional purchase.
Processing time for approved refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your financial institution's policies, and we appreciate your patience during this period as we work to resolve your request.
